Job Description:
As a Property Consultant in Residential Sales & Leasing, you will be responsible for representing clients in the sale, purchase, and lease of residential properties. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored property solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local residential market.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants.
• Market properties through various channels and arrange viewings.
• Advise clients on property values and market trends.
• Negotiate and close sales or leasing agreements.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
