Job Description:
The Offplan Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the off-plan sales team. You will work closely with developers, clients, and the sales team to ensure that sales targets are met, and clients receive the highest level of service. You will also contribute to the strategic direction of the offplan sales division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the off-plan sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase off-plan property sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients.
• Provide guidance and support to the sales team in closing off-plan deals.
• Coordinate property viewings and follow up with potential buyers.

• Conduct training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions.
