Born and brought up in Mumbai, Porush has done his MBA in Marketing. He worked as the Regional Manager of VideoCon in Mumbai. In 2006, he moved to Dubai. After being associated with a leading brokerage firm in Dubai for seven years, Porush decided to follow his passion and established Banke International in 2013 with a team of four people. With a growing, multicultural team of 150+ people working with him now, Porush continues to dream bigger and aim higher.
Porush takes fitness seriously. He enjoys working out at the gym, doing yoga, and playing cricket. He also participates regularly in marathons.

She joined Banke in 2013 as Head of the HR Division. Within a few years, she proved her mettle and became the Head of Operations at Banke.Â
Aditi loves to travel and explore different destinations, meet new people and try unique cuisines.
In her current role, Aditi oversees the CRM, Marketing, HR and Administration Departments. She strives passionately to fulfill the challenging demands of her key position. She is responsible for streamlining the functionality of each department and achieving seamless operation between the departments.

After her graduation and working for a year in the same industry she realized she had something else in mind, somewhere she had a passion for real estate and always dreamed of having a beautiful permanent family home in a picturesque prestigious building with a history. Later, she moved to Dubai joining a leading commercial property developer, it was at this time she realized her real estate dreams were coming true. Since then, it was no looking back and her career in real estate flourished from a marketing executive to the top of the sales department. 10 years down the line, she was the Sales Director. By now, she has been in the region for 17 years selling a diverse real estate portfolio to clients from all over the globe and managing multinational teams.

As the first Head of the Property Management division at Banke, Payal has streamlined and developed all necessary forms and procedures to make the process easier and efficient. She has also ensured optimal utilization of the CRM software so that all records are updated in real-time.
Payal is responsible for liasion with landlords, tenants and relevant industry and government departments. She ensures speedy and satisfactory resolution of tenants; concerns and complaints. She also monitors rent payments and renewals.Â
Payal aims to make Banke the top property management company in UAE, with the highest number of managed properties.Â
Payal is fond of traveling to new destinations, cooking new dishes, and dancing.
Wasim has completed his education at the Franklin School of Hospitality and Customer Service. He moved to the UAE in 2016. He always had a passion for customer service. His keen interest in real estate is always from the passion he had for customer service. He has had prominent roles in top developers like Damac Properties and Sobha Group. In Banke, while managing a huge team and guiding his team towards success in terms of targets and sales, he also provides real estate advice and solutions to all his clients. He never misses a chance to assist in the development, and implementation of new ideas and techniques focused on increasing business.
Aditya completed his Bachelor’s degree in Financial Markets, Banking, and Financial Support Services at G N Khalsa College in India before moving to Dubai in 2017. He had the opportunity to work at prestigious real estate organizations such as PropTiger and Squaryards in Dubai, where he held various key positions in sales, marketing, and portfolio management. In his present role as the Team Manager- Secondary Sales & Leasing, Yahya trains and leads the secondary sales team.
