We are expanding and looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Property Consultants to join our Residential Sales & Leasing team.
Job Description:
As a Property Consultant in Residential Sales & Leasing, you will be responsible for representing Banke in assisting clients in the sale, purchase, and lease of residential properties. Guided by your Mangers you will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored property solutions. You will also be expected to develop your own content for the services your offer and properties you are linked with, hence you must have confident presentation ability.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local residential market.
Build and nurture strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants.
Market properties through various channels and arrange viewings.
Advise clients on property values and market trends.
Negotiate and close sales or leasing agreements.
Minimum 2 content development executions – Reels and/or Walkthroughs.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
